This Privacy Policy describes how the internal software application ("Application") operated by ISP Logistics handles data obtained through its connection to QuickBooks Online.
ISP Logistics operates this Application solely for its own internal accounting and operational use. This is not a commercial product offered to the public or to other businesses.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow and accesses only ISP Logistics' own company financial data (e.g. invoices, customers, transactions) as authorized by ISP Logistics.
Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used exclusively for ISP Logistics' internal reporting, reconciliation, and operational automation. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
Any data retrieved is stored on infrastructure controlled by ISP Logistics and protected with standard access controls. OAuth credentials are stored securely (e.g. in an encrypted credential store) and are never hardcoded or shared.
ISP Logistics does not share, sell, or transmit QuickBooks Online data to any third party. The Application has no other users besides ISP Logistics itself.
ISP Logistics may revoke the Application's access to QuickBooks Online at any time via the Disconnect page or directly within QuickBooks Online's connected apps settings, at which point the Application's access to data is terminated.
