This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the internal software application ("Application") developed and operated solely by ISP Logistics for its own internal accounting and operations use. The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth authorization framework to read and/or write ISP Logistics' own company financial data.
The Application is for internal use by ISP Logistics only. It is not distributed, licensed, resold, or made available to any other company, individual, or third party. There are no external end users of this Application.
The Application accesses only the QuickBooks Online company data belonging to ISP Logistics, authorized directly by ISP Logistics through the standard Intuit OAuth connection flow. No other company's data is accessed.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal operational purposes, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
ISP Logistics may disconnect the Application from QuickBooks Online at any time via the Disconnect page or directly within QuickBooks Online's connected apps settings.
